Privacy Policy
How MeshyReview handles analytics, server logs, affiliate referrals, email messages, and privacy requests.
Effective and last updated: July 24, 2026
Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to visits to meshyreview.com and direct email sent to the published MeshyReview contact address. The site publishes under the MeshyReview name; use that address for policy questions. It does not govern Meshy, Google, Cloudflare, an affiliate platform, or another website reached through an external link.
MeshyReview does not provide reader accounts, checkout, paid subscriptions, or an on-site contact form. The site can still receive technical data when pages load, referral data when a commercial link is followed, and information you choose to include in an email.
Data Collected Automatically
When a MeshyReview page loads, analytics and hosting services may process the requested URL, timestamp, referral source, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, interaction events, response status, and similar diagnostic data.
Routine server logs may include an IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp, and response details. Hosting and security providers use this information to deliver the page, detect abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain service reliability.
Google Analytics
MeshyReview loads the Google tag and uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visits, traffic sources, and page interactions. Google may process online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, referral information, and interaction events under Google's own terms and privacy policies.
The site does not intentionally send names, email addresses, payment details, Meshy account credentials, or API keys to Google Analytics. You can limit the analytics tag with browser privacy settings, content-blocking tools, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cloudflare and Hosting Services
Cloudflare may add its Web Analytics beacon to production pages to measure page views and browser performance. Cloudflare describes that service as privacy-first analytics that does not use cookies, local storage, or visitor fingerprinting. See Cloudflare's data collection documentation.
Cloudflare or another hosting provider may also process request and security data while serving MeshyReview. Provider behavior, storage locations, and retention settings are governed by the provider's configuration and policies, which can change independently of this Privacy Policy.
Affiliate Link Tracking
Some outbound Meshy links contain an affiliate parameter. When you follow an affiliate link, the destination merchant or its affiliate service may record the referral, associate it with a browser or device, and use cookies or similar technology under its own privacy policy.
MeshyReview uses referral links to support the site and does not control the destination service's cookies, attribution window, account data, or checkout. The Affiliate Disclosure explains the commercial relationship; this Privacy Policy explains the related data path.
Email and Contact Messages
If you email contact@meshyreview.com, MeshyReview receives the address, subject, message, and any attachment you choose to send. That information is used to answer the request and may be kept as a correction, privacy, disclosure, or correspondence record.
Email is not a secure channel for secrets. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, private account records, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information. MeshyReview does not need those details to review a page correction.
How Information Is Used and Shared
Technical data is used to deliver pages, understand aggregate use, diagnose errors, measure referrals, and protect the site. Contact data is used to respond, investigate corrections, document policy questions, and maintain the correspondence record.
Information may be processed by analytics, hosting, security, email, merchant, and affiliate-service providers as described above. MeshyReview does not sell a reader database and does not operate an account database, but third-party providers process data under their own terms and may do so in countries other than yours.
Retention and Security
MeshyReview does not publish one fixed retention period for every technical record. Analytics and server-log retention depends on provider settings and policies. Email may remain in the correspondence record while it is useful for answering a request, documenting a correction, or resolving a policy issue.
Reasonable service-provider and account controls reduce risk, but no website, analytics service, or email transmission can be guaranteed secure. Limiting the information you send is the most reliable way to avoid exposing unnecessary personal or confidential data.
Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You can block cookies, analytics scripts, and referral requests with browser settings or privacy tools. You can also leave MeshyReview without following an affiliate link, or navigate to a vendor independently instead of using the tagged link.
Depending on your location, privacy law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Email contact@meshyreview.com with the subject Privacy Request. Because most analytics and log data is pseudonymous and no reader account exists, MeshyReview may not be able to connect a specific technical record to your identity.
Children, Policy Changes, and Contact
MeshyReview is a general product-research site and is not designed to collect information from children. It does not offer child-directed accounts, games, messaging, or purchases. If you believe a child sent personal information by email, contact the site so the message can be reviewed.
This Privacy Policy may change when the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the current published version. Questions about this Privacy Policy should be sent to contact@meshyreview.com.
